Marketing Consulting & International Strategies


PARALLELI provides market analysis services and consultancy on the international strategies to be implemented by the Client to commercially succeed in the foreign markets.
First Step: the Client and its market positioning are deeply examined and these data are compared with the situation of the chosen country in which the Client would like to be introduced.
Second Step: a strategy of market opening will be planned, taking into account all the possibilities, from the right products to a new packaging when necessary, looking for potential commercial and/or industrial partners, up to the management of the relationships between the counterparts.

Moreover, PARALLELI studies and develops several projects of vocational training, commercial missions, partnerships, joint-ventures or simple information on the market.

PARALLELI focuses on Japan and can offer a remarkable experience in the Japanese market.

The daily contacts with Japanese Trading Companies and their staff allow PARALLELI to keep an extremely high and up-dated knowledge of the Japanese market.

In only four years PARALLELI became, with its Trade Division under Mr. Massimo Massera, one of the main players in the Italian market and the "Partner" of the most relevant Italian manufacturers in the Food sector, for the Asian market.

PARALLELI assists the Client in all the various aspects of the Internationalization process, up to becoming the Marketing Department of the Client for the chosen country. Our idea of "outsourcing" of the Marketing Function derives from the need of the companies of not being charged of heavy fixed costs during the initial period of Internationalization and of being able to benefit from high standard services. Even though considering its activity as of consulting nature, PARALLELI prefers to be defined as an active partner of its Clients. While sharing the goals of the Client, our company offers, autonomously, strategies and plans and at the same time follows the implementation from all points of view, with a constant follow-up, from products to packaging, from shipment to final delivery. 

The market opening strategy usually includes the participation at the most relevant trade fairs and at least two business trips in the chosen country to further examine the internal market and to meet the possible partners.


Paralleli Trade Fairs

With Giorgio La Ferla the Exhibitions and Conventions Division was set up in 1999, and evolved in PARALLELI TRADE FAIRS in 2002.

PARALLELI TRADE FAIRS proposes the Client the attendance to the most important Trade Fairs and Exhibitions in the chosen country, in order to enhance its image in this market and to maximise the possibilities of meeting interested counterparts, offering a complete service. With this activity, PARALLELI TRADE FAIRS promotes these events among the Italian relevant companies and gathers all the participants in what is called the Italian Pavilion. PARALLELI TRADE FAIRS supports all the interested companies with space booking and allocation, stand construction by selected partners, and all the relevant services (samples transportation and delivery at the exhibition site, hotel accommodation, interpreters and hostess services, etc.).

Apart from this, PARALLELI TRADE FAIRS is also the agent for Italy of a number of Exhibitions such as:

That is why PARALLELI organizes "Study Tours", "Commercial Missions", "Seminars and Workshops".

PARALLELI focuses on Japan: PARALLELI can offer a remarkable experience on the Japanese market.

Some of its professionals have worked for several years for Japanese companies, while some others have studied and analyzed the country and its market from inside, living and working in Japan. PARALLELI also follows many projects in co-operation with the European Union, Eurochambres, Mondimpresa, ICE (Italian Trade Board) and JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization).

The Japanese Market has not always been fully understood because of the complexity of its real world when compared to other cultures. That's it.

Concept & Corporate Design

MGA+C co-operates with PARALLELI in design and corporate image projects.
Very often the Strategy towards Internationalization includes a new study of the Corporate Image, of the packaging, of the internal design of the shops. We can assist the companies also in this direction. Architect Enrico Mari Grego, responsible for MGA+C, works with an interdisciplinary method integrated in architectural field, design, psychology, communication with a specialization in the study, planning, realization and development of ideas and innovations.

Information Technology

Web-Sites design, E-Commerce and On-Line Services are taking more and more importance in the international markets.

The I.T. Division takes care of all these aspect, together with the best possible international partners, in particular: follows the client companies during the installation and development of their computer networks; studies and develops Web Sites; creates Internet accesses and updates the Web Sites; develops E-Commerce plans.

Legal Affairs

Through the Legal Division, we assist our clients in: International Contracts (JV, NewCo, Partnership, Distributorship, etc.); Trademarks and Patents; Establishment of Offices Abroad.
